Many people said that it doesn' seem like a song for Ran's theme. However, I have a different opinion on that. Listen to this song imagining the end of an episode. Then you may feel the loneliness of Ran at the end part of this song. The day is over in peace. But there is no Kudo Shinichi around her yet. Ran always smiles and never give up for everything in any case. She is perfectly a brave character. But she is also just a girl who is waiting for her boyfriend with amount of care and worry. I think this song shows the Ran's delicate feeling on her circumstance. That's why I like this song :)
Agreed! Its such a perfect description of the piece of music and how it connects to Ran. The way its usually played at the end of an episode. The day is ended, the case is solved, everything goes back to normal.. but Ran is still left in her lonliness and longing for the guy she loves. Its a bittersweet feeling. Perfect for Ran.

The first part makes me think of Kogoro ojisan sleeping on his desk, then Ran and Conan having a peaceful time and the other main characters having a peaceful time ,then at the ending makes me think of the sunset ending a nice day

That is because it tends so somewhat emulate the music of Noir Movies with its jazz soundtracks. While Detective Conan is not really Noir it shows parades to those Detective stories.

You think any ordinary kid can launch a soccer ball that can demolish a fence, keep going, and burn an almost complete hole through a tree before stopping? Or be that much of a know-it-all detective? He freaking broadcasts who he is and she can't see it. Others can, though. Hattori Heiji, for example, clearly knows and has been openly dropping hints that Conan IS Shinichi.
