Heyyy thanks for the shoutout! Love that ride you did! Ride safe, new friend!!
@@BugzyMoto yeah thanks for the ride idea!
I lived in Brooklyn, NY and just outside of San Fran. Gas was pricey and so were the eateries. I remember riding my chopper through a college town - lots of gals, but they didn't care for "my kind." I just shined it on and thought, "Their loss." Good riding with ya, Chase! Say "How-dee" to Parker for all of us.
Gas in NY was usually pretty reasonable, there was a gas station right down the street from our apt and I constantly remember comparing it to TX and seeing it be maybe 5 cents higher
The chain link on the bridge is suppose to be temporary, until a permanent design can be settled on. I think it's been in place a couple of years now. I'm a local to this bridge and it has been a topic of controversy more than once. Appreciate you sharing some local sites with the rest of the world!
Yeah I figured, the fact that the actual bridge was only knee height was def telling. Even if nothing bad happened I could see how it would be just a general problem
How tall is the bridge? Definitely tall enough to engage my vertigo!!!! 😂
Thanks for taking us along, if I see you on the road, I'll spring for a blast. Keep on! By the by, really enjoy the Bolt videos. Still smile with the "out Sporstered the Sporster" comment. Look out for the idiots!
@@pamartin haha thanks! I still get some pretty nasty comments on that one lmao. But not as bad as razzing the Scout bois 😂
Great video Whiskey Chaser.
Thanks Jerry!
YES DO THE WHOLE RIDE!!!
@@pamartin Hell yeah 🤘😎🤘
Definitely do the whole of Nachez Trace
@@jamesdejana4628 it looks like a blast, would be awesome to camp along the way too. I don't see it taking more than a couple days also
Great video, I cant believe you left your GoPro up there and someone didn't barrow it.
@@9milsOn2wheels hahaha I know right but you could barely see it and the road was pretty empty
Thanks for the upload always appreciated.
Thanks for watching, I appreciate you!
Would love to hit the Natchez Trace one day. Great vid!
@@jhernan11 thanks! It was really nice, cruise at 55 and it makes you work a little bit but not stress out over it. Super fun
I actually emailed them and they said it will pair with other off brand devices as long as the other brand has a similar feature. I just ordered my new helmet, which I’ll be posting about soon, and I really want to get a sena so I can try and start to do some videos as well. I’m just debating if I want to get an action camera or not. Also, I’m really happy you are posting more. I’m beyond excited for you for almost reaching 5k subscribers.
People I can personally attest, First MFG is an amazing company with amazing customer service. You won’t be sorry if you purchase something from them.
@@BuddhaOutdoors I'm trying to get back in the swing of things my man, no money means no fun and that's been the norm for a bit lol. But we're getting out more and are able to enjoy ourselves so it's gonna get better fo sho
@@WhiskeyChaser I hear you brother. All the money I make goes to bills and trying to enjoy life with the wife so fun things for me, “the bike”, take a backseat normally. Thankfully I’ve been getting things slowly and it’s just now starting to come together. I told you about this almost a year ago and that’s how long it has taken me lol. But the struggle is real for us people who live in the real world and not in lala land lmao.
I'm 100 miles in each direction from getting on it. I need to make that a trip when I get the Sportster finished. I think it'd be a better trip on the Sporty
@@RainyRider1970 would be a solid loop to spend a weekend on
@@WhiskeyChaser I'd jump on at Jackson, MS or Tupelo and take it all the way south to Natchez, then turn around and come back. that'd be a Friday, Sat, and Sunday trip
@@RainyRider1970 yeah bet that'd be a blast
Greetings from Scotland, 2010 dyna street bob 96 tc owner. 👍
Hell yeah, I gotta get out there!
@@WhiskeyChaser amen brother. My bike only has 5k miles so I'm breaking her in 🎉😎
My great grandmother and my grandfather are from Crieff and I really want to go visit and ride out there
@@WhiskeyChaser no way ! Some beautiful roads there and around Stirling . You ever land here I got you man . 👍🏴👌
Dope vid.. Shout-out from westmonroe la. But the boiled peanuts bro 🤢. Had to edit my post man imo this is one of your best vids and $uc# yea do the whole trail if able and bring us along for the ride. Had a coworker that's been on my ass about riding the trail and its vids like this that remind me to go and check it out.
@@ItIsWhatItIsTV- HAHAHAHAHA inside joke lmao. They arrrrreee...a choice 😂
👍@@WhiskeyChaser
Yes I'd love to have a place way outside of Gatlinburg. Roads here in upstate NY are awesome. But winter is 5 months. 90' high?
Oh yeah its amazing out there. This road is nothing compared to those hills
My guess is 250 feet for the bridge height
It's wildly only 145ft 🤯
Hey I'm number 69 thumbs up, how cool, let's hear it for me!
Nice 😎 Haha hell yeah buddy
My son got a Cadillac ATS. They are cheep used.
@@toxicarius3894 dang they're no slouch either
we want to see some destilleries dude, godspeed dude
I'm trying but it's difficult to get in touch with someone in social media that will allow me to get a camera in. Most of them don't allow any sort of recording
I’ll be in Nashville on Labor Day (en route to NC). If you’re in town.. I’ll look you up. 🤘
Hit me up!
Man, Those Jeep Patriots are a big thing over her is Australia, especially in certain communities, big massive rims and huge off road tyres, yet, the spare rim on the back, no tyre...I assume it was too expensive. Is that a thing over there too??
@@BigRobMoto I'm not really sure, I haven't actually looked at them too much. But they are basically a wrangler with a bed, maybe the spare is under it like a pickup.
Some nice exploring is never wrong! Did the same in my vacation. It was fun! 🏍🔥
@@KeViNMCMXXCIX heck yeah man it's great getting a few miles out and seeing a completely different scenery
There are a few killer roads coming off the trace I've done several times. Prob heading there this weekend again. If ya ever wanna ride let's do it!! Please let us know if Shadetree. and Chey come to town!
@@nikiz9463 haha we gotta get his ass out here for sure
The parkway was on my route to Nashville this year. Unfortunately my route changed and I didn't make that run. It's still on my list to ride.
@@brandescm it definitely was not what I expected, I knew we had some bridges but nothing like that haha. Definitely go!
@@WhiskeyChaser I think a 4 day weekend it could be done. 1 day to Natchez, MS (think it starts there) 1 day ride the parkway to Nashville and 2 days back to TX.
@@brandescm yup a solid half week you could make it up or down for sure. It's only 440 miles from the 0 mile mark so it's about a 10 hour ride from top to bottom or vice versa
Bridge has gotta be at least 6 feet tall
My guy, you are correct 👌
@@WhiskeyChaser I know bridges
Big bridge guy
You definitely have to plan your run on the Trace as there is nothing on it. No gas stations. So, you have to plan where to get off it to find gas.
@@FreewheelerLover yeah when Father Bobber went he was telling me you have to know where to get on and get off so you can eat, sleep, gas up, get energy drinks, etc
Replay gang!! Great ride along!!
@@tld522 HELL YEAH BRUDDRRRRR
let me know if you are ever back in hickman county holler ...might be able to wet your whistle. also check out leapers fork distillery..worth a visit
You got it, and thanks for the distillery rec! I need to start going to more, for sure.
🤘😈🤘
@@haneymoto hell 🤘😎🤘 yeah
Good video sir!
Glad you enjoyed it!!!
Damn missed a premier
Well CMON NOW
If you ride the whole Trace after April of 2025, I wouldn't mind joining you. I'm planning on retiring next April.
It's so close I definitely need to plan on the whole ride for sure
What’s the name of that bridge
Its the Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge
336 feet?
@@upchuckchops Actually only 145, I was shocked
@@WhiskeyChaser no kidding me too. I’ve worked at heights higher than that. Cameras can be deceiving.
@@upchuckchops yeah it looks way higher in person too. Like I was at LEAST thinking a football field
225 ft.....
Close, its actually way shorter than it looks. 145ft, my guess was like at least a football field lmao
Can i sub twice?? 5K lets gooo!
@@danhoward2804 haha believe me I wish 😂 almost there!
