I have a funny feeling inside me. The sound of silence began when I started meditation. In my ears I hear a melodious sound and towards the center of the brain I hear a high pitched sound. The strange sensations I wanted to talk about just like the sound of silence gradually appeared. It's like a pulse. Can you please inform me?

I believe healing with chants By uttering chants there is no doubt in it,whatever the disease or psychological issues,it'll be cured But is it possible just by listening ?
Good question bro It can be only to some extent, listening also means your cells in your body are vibrating at that frequency but it could be more effective when you chant by yourself
Can I have the contact details of Shrutiji..? I have been conducting Yoga Nidra sessions with Tibetan Singing Bowls with impressive results. Also are there any books which she has published on Nada Yoga. Thanks and Regards. Om Tat Sat
