Great modern farmhouse! Love the grand entrance with double staircase! Exposed beams-very chic!! Love the dark kitchen cabinetry and other dark accents!! The dark accents and cabinetry are carried throughout the house!! Beautiful wallpaper in guess bathroom. Nice spacious master Bdr. with breathtaking view!! Master bath with dark cabinetry and wood walls-a plus!! Great tour. Thanks for sharing!! Take care!! BTW, the chandelier in the living has a bulb out. ☺️
For a 2 story I actually like the home. The secondary bedrooms are good sizes & the bathrooms are beautiful. As far as shiplap, I like it & I also still like the look of bead board too. I wasn’t a fan of that wood accent wall in one of the bdrms but it’s cosmetic. The layout is fine as well. 👍🏽❤️

High Vibrations Marcus!!😊 WOWWWW.... That's the first word I have to say to start off behind Watching this Lovely Model Home 🏡.... It's Exquisite and So Spacious... The Entire Home is Gorg.. the only feature I'm not a fan of was the Staircase, I like the double Staircases, but I don't the like the Iron Railng, I'll rather dark wood throughout up to the next level.. so I would alter the staircase in some way. LOVED THE PRIMARY WALK-IN CLOSET...Perfect Size, my God I would sleep in there at times ☺️... I also Loved the Utility/ Wash Room... that was probably the Biggest one I have seen, but loved the size. And Finally the "HIGHLIGHT" was of Course the Backyard... OH MY OH MY.... HEAVEN ABOVE. I WOULD NEVER LEAVE THAT PROPERTY 😊 Thank you For Showcasing!!! I definitely need to go and tour these Model Homes, and set my feet in there, as I'm Manifesting my Dream Home. I need to Absorb the Ambience of some of these homes so as to help expedite my Manifestation into my Reality 🙏...Nothing Is Impossible, Where Your Focus Goes, Energy Flows ❤
Beautiful home I love everything about the home except the beam in the living area. Please tell the builders to come up with a new idea so they can lose the beam. takes away from the home. I know that support the foundation, but there have to be a different way they can build the home.
Thank you for the feedback on that. Quick story, there was a home we were looking to purchase but passed on the plan because of that very reason. It was extremely open but that support beam threw the whole aesthetic off in my opinion. I appreciate you for watching Linda! 👏🏼

I liked the layout, except for the double staircase. The size of the bedrooms is impressive. But the best thing is the view from the backyard.
