However, I can't decide if community development companies are making a play for the custom home market, or if inflation has just brought the price of community developments up to the level of custom homes. I'd be real curious to learn whether the quality of construction has ascended to these higher levels, as well.
Austin is among the fastest growing metro areas in all of the U.S. and although it’s facing the downward pressures of the current market, Travisso is one of those rare communities that have been shielded from it. There’s so much demand and limited supply, coupled with quality builders, resulting in the prices that we see today.
