Keep in mind!
He gets 50% crit rate bonus to his third, making him REALLY easy to build.
Teon boosts him, so he doesnt need speed.
He has low base attack so rage will do more as a set than fatal

Finally some Taru love!!! So fun/satisfying to use. I like to use Jamire (L) Teon Taru, Khali (L) Taru Chloe, and when I need an attack lead I go Wind BK (L) Teon Chloe. A fun little mon that should be built by anyone who enjoys GW. So easy to rune and incredibly easy to skill up.
this makes me wish I had a jamire lol
I've summoned this little guy and since then it collecting the dust in my storage.

God runes
Taru is a mainstay in my g3 wars. However I tend to use him with 2 elemental units such as bernard and colleen, or khmun and kona, or some other combination of elemental units to tank the 2 remaining units after he 1 shots the primary threat on turn 1. Much more reliable and safe than having teon and 1 elemental unit and risking the enemy focusing on him.
Point taken, but really with the Teon revive I do not mind too much if they focus on Taru

Hes an lnd monster that not everyone can realy get, hes super squishy , super low attack and theres already copper bulldozer
Well there are several things I disagree with in this statement.
1. He's a 2 star and a secret dungeon so everyone has access
2. Low attack, well yes but the fact that you only really need CD and attack% on his runes make it so its not a rune set people fight over, really hes the only one that needs those runes
3. Already copper and bulldozer? Yes but they all have their uses. I have a video on how I successfully use copper already and I'll be coming out with a video on bulldozer in the future (notice I use them separately). I use all three of them differently, which is the key. Also Kahli should be thrown into this mix but again, that's a different rune set than Taru, so why not build the elemental neutral one?

I understand what you're saying and that was my doubt as well. The fact is that his rune set just isnt utilized by anyone (keep in mind he gets +50% CR bonus on S3). So there isnt a any reason to NOT build him. I think when I do a Kahli video, it iwll be Kahli Chloe Taru, giving everyone invincibility and attack buff and TWO ignore def skills on 1 team.
Maybe we just have different viewpoints but overall he's another tool with another purpose to me

it'll take year to farm that runes to work out though...and also need support with god runes...yah for late game fun to play with...whatever good vid man
well thats because those are the runes my competition level requires. Now you still need a team to set those runes to, otherwise you just lose but this is a quality team that will scale with the runes at whatever competition level you are, as long as you understand your thresholds. (ex. if you can do 40k with attack lead, this should kill most chasuns khmuns and other high mid-high hp monsters, but you should avoid beast monks and mo longs)

wow but your Teon is so fast ! it might not be so safe if not that fast right
well sure, but just know your speed. I put my fastest set on Teon (because I use a fat lushen anyway) but if you have teon at 250 speed and use a speed lead, you should move before anything aside from other boosters. So still plenty of use even at slower speeds

Does kona work the same here as teon?
He does, but he actually has 4 less base speed which can be a huge difference. I think Dova the light Harg might be the best booster, but since I dont have him I dont know if he "overfills" attack bar (which might leave open the possibility of getting cut in between)

Haha well keep in mind you should have guild war flags to calculate in and depending on where your guild is at that might hit the correct thresholds for chasuns or khmuns

Wow, so YOU called THAT budget Team? Just look at the runes.
Teon and taru are budget monsters and are attainable. the runes will translate to your area of competition (just as def monster runes do).
There's no way I could claim to compete in g3 guild war with runes that aren't g3 quality. yet if I had a teon with 230 speed I know I could outspeed khmun chasun theo for example and take out chasun turn 1.
In summary, yes budget monsters, but runes that match your competition level (you can't get around rune farming, that's pretty much the game)
Remembering when people gave me a RIP because I 6 starred Teon.

shren has a higher attack yes, but shren has lower multipliers and Taru gets a 50% crit rate bonus on s3, so ultimately Taru becomes easier to rune for higher damage
Pride Gaming SW yes but shren cleans and heal and gets a little more survivability
yeah, overall the rune set taru takes is not going to be a utilized set though (5 of his 6 runes came from my inventory). This is the biggest difference to me. I know Shren is elemental neutral but if i put together a set for him I would 100% put it on Kahli instead because I know Kahli hits harder with a higher base attack
