Having good calibration and knowing good tempo and beat, plus experience. It feels like muscle memory for me, besides when there's a LOT of notes flying at me and my brain just goes "yeah, noooo" lmao. But keep practicing!

Well for me what I do is I play through it and practice it till I get the pattern right till it’s just muscle memory and then I’ll start to focus on perfects
Comfortability and experience definitely help with timing but most of it probably lies in the fact he plays with high scroll speed. If the notes come by faster naturally you will tap in a tighter window due to it appearing like ur window to hit it is smaller since its faster(assuming you can react to it only set ur scroll as high as you can while still making it comfortable.)

I use like reg speed 2x and 1.75x and i play on default key binds on controller and i got like 258k on this.
