Maybe it will help,I usually eat slice of lemon with sugar or honey when I il and don't want to mees lessons in university.A poultice with dry mustard, it's comfortable because it pours into socks at night and warms up your feet sleeping and cleaned at the morning. It halps me recover on the go😊.
