Thanks for this vid- lots of adblue horror stories online and just bought a berlingo with 80k. not yet giving any problems with the DPF, so decided to try some preventative maintenance and filled my pat fluid tank today and reset it with a topdon artidiag800bt. No issues at all and the interface was exactly the same as shown on this video. Total cost £180 for topdon and £60 for 3l of fluid (it only took 1.5l) and less than an hour of my time. I can’t imagine I’d get it done cheaper at a dealer and get to keep the diagnostic tool….
These dispatch and berlingos drive me mad on my Launch !,I usually use my wurth WOW diagnostics to clear the codes ,I have the same issues Jimmy, top class as always mate 👍
Great videos you always find a solution which is the whole idea, all respect. I have a 2013 Berlingo multispace, with a triangle sign and 'risk of clogging' warning. The additive is low as the car has done 98000 miles so will need topping up. Do you know of a reasonably priced reset tool to clear the fault ? I have a icarsoft Euro Pro but I don't think this will do it ? Keep up the great work 👍
Hi, I've had a message come up on my radio console saying particle filter in danger of clogging a few times now (it's not permanently on)....I took it for a good run on weekend 80 mile round trip on dual carriageway, but the message has popped up again on m Peugeot Partner 1.6hdi 13 plate, any advice you can offer please. Thanks.
hi are the jacks your using the long metal ones it lookes like you have to drive up them are they any good, i watch all your videos, Very nice work indeed
242f is ash accumulation , pretty sure your cleaning fluid won't clear. Also by resetting it so it thinks it's now had a new dpf is giving a high chance of creating a thermal incident in the future
You can see the pressure clearly dropped to that of a new DPF so it has worked 💪🏻 Ash Accumulation is just a calculation anyway and that always jumps up when the fluid runs out

Brilliant. So clear in the way you explained the fault. Wish you were on the Wirral

I can say that you are a genius. Reviving a dpf like this is realy skillful.
Its really not skillful. So simple 👍🏻

Halfords 2 tonne car ramps
Hi just topup the pat fluid by mechanic after a few days got problem with the pat fluid tank pump Peugeot partner euro 6 any way to fix
Would you reccomend customers using dpf cleaners once a year. Coz personslly id say once a month fly down the motorway 10-20miles to get that crap out
No need for dpf cleaner if vehicle is healthy and it's been driven more than 20 minutes
Coz atm i go on the motorway once a week on a 9 mile run is that enough for the dpf to chuck its garbage out
Do these have 2 types of dpf because I'm sure the one on mine is near the manifold???
I wondering the same did u find out m8
@alanrollo2942 I think there's 2 types
Which OTOFIX model were you using?....
D1
As usual getting the job done
Yes 👍🏻
