Great breakdown and reaction as always! I still think we'll see or hear Qui-Gon in the finale - Obi-Wan looked pretty panicked at the end when he sensed something was wrong and I think that maybe Qui-Gon will help him overcome this. I'm excited for the conclusion - I've enjoyed much more than I've disliked and I'm ready for the finale!

I still don't understand why someone who is against Vader because he killed innocent people is going around killing innocent people. What is the motivation?

Vengeance is blinding and makes hypocrites of people. It happens in real life all the time. Cycles of abuse, bullies were once bullied themselves, etc.

"I am what you made me." I think Vader's words to Obi-Wan can be applied to Reva now. Even her march on the base was reminiscent of Anakin's march on the Jedi Temple.

It’s not uncommon for criminals to have been abused themselves as children. As for Reva, After having seen her family massacred, and being stabbed & abandoned as a child herself, why would she have any empathy for anyone? Who helped her when she needed help? Who loved and cared about her? No one. Is it surprising that she ends up being a monster - almost to protect herself from further injury? Anakin became Vader out of pain & suffering, not because he was an evil person. That’s the tragedy of his fate. It’s very difficult to break the cycle of violence. The only way, is the Jedi way: don’t let your emotions (anger, rage, fear, love, guilt like Obiwan’s guilt) dictate and affect your present. Accepting the past is what Anakin and Reva are unable to do. They think that by accomplishing revenge today, they can undo their past. It’s impossible. They will not feel less pain. The only way to Peace is to accept your fate, and trust the Force no matter what, even if it has mysterious & cruel ways.

I thought the crate of lightsabers was weapons collected from fallen Jedi. And I thought Obi Wan picked up Anakin's lightsaber, he'd later give it to Luke in episode IV. I also thought the robe he held up was Anakin's. He didn't always wear black. Why would Qui-Gon's robe still be hanging around? Enjoying your podcast.

Anakin’s saber was in the box with Kenobi’s on Tatooine. It’s not the same exact robe, just same color

I have no doubt Qui-Gon will appear in the final episode. They spent way too much time setting it up to just not do it. The prequel flashback specifically mentioned it and Obi-Wan has tried to reach out to him on multiple occasions. It's Chekhov's gun. They've set it up. It's going to go off.
And as we can see from this episode, this writing team is not just going to drop and forget about story beats they set up earlier (despite what the angry vocal minority claims).
