I have translated the text from hexadecimal. Here's what it says:

When the fandom does it better then the actual creator. My god, some of those tapes were out right disturbing.

You're doing so great with these. I've been a long time fan of fnaf and its really hard for me to get impressed by stuff like this and I mean that like I don't get disturbed easy.
