Yo bro, my condolences about the Ducket nerfs - I'm a Viento guy, so I felt what you did last season lol - With the changes in the patch though, and your playstyle. I have some recommendations you can think about. The duckets now require you to literally be in the enemies face, and you'll also need constant energy to chase them. The Hal Core is excellent for Energy, though it does have low stability. I recommend you try the Mind Beta core, (which has almost the 2nd best energy stats for it's weight), and swap your head to Mind Beta as well (It has the best stability, is LIGHT, and has SUPERB energy stats, this will give your AC an extra 300 or so Stability, and you'll be able to tank a lot more stuff as you rush down enemy kites - The last change I'd recommend, which might take some getting used to is change from the Santai > to Ming-Tang. It has a MUCH faster energy reload time than the SanTai and fills up faster as well, AND is lighter - Like, TWICE as light, so you'll be much faster and can chase people easier. The one draw back is it has less energy total, BUT I find the better and faster recharges make up for it. Anyway, those are just some ideas, I hope you find adjustments that you enjoy, keep up the great work bro :)
The viento nerf was way more justified lmao At least the ducketts had low velocity to keep them from being super busted All you had to do with dual vientos was button mash and win
Yoooo I put together a build with Mind Beta core, helm, mind alpha arms and Firmeza legs with Ming tang…it’s feeling good af in ranked 😎 I can noticeably tell I’m getting staggered less often especially when chasing kites! Ming Tang is beast!! Been spamming it with every build pretty much since it got buffed, recently thought about swapping back to San Tai bc of all the kites in the meta but I feel like Ming Tang is still best overall. Fire recommendation bro!! Much appreciated 😁 Been on Hal Arms forever with Ducketts but Mind Alpha feeling pretty good rn with the new Duckett recoil. With Hal’s I’d stay at mid/close range quick boosting in between Duckett shots, utilizing the high firearm spec, but now having to be in peoples faces with em I feel like Mind Alpha complements the “in yo face”playstyle better lol, since you don’t have to worry about your fcs repeatedly locking on as much. Hal’s still goated just gotta have steady shots.

Imo Ducks only needed a reload and magazine size buff last patch instead of damage/impact. Too many people were using it. Now they have been nerfed to the realm of ass cheeks with this recoil nerf.
I feel like for your build, since you wanna be up close with those ducks and sixteens, you could go SPD boosters to really manage your AB consumption and get MASSIVE speed! You’d probably get 8-9 QB charges as well! Just a thought! Awesome content man keep it up!
That dual Coral Missile build is only possible because coral generators don't care how bad your EN efficiency is in order to function normally. If they really wanted to curb the NGI abuse, lower its output by like 200.

Unfortunately, this is not the best choice if you are using a melee weapon. The most "compromise" hands for dacketts are the AR-011 Melander. With them, I have outshot most of my opponents, not losing in melee power.
Not really. Sixteens on the this build ar ment to punish after stagger, occassionally used to burst build impact, then chase with duckets to stagger, then back to 16s. In that case zimms could work but you'd have less damage for the stagger punish - which is huge against heavy opponents. Overall, it depends on your goal. Zimms have more up time, but less damage.
You're burning too much energy on your approach. You'll throw in a quick boost for no reason before you hit AB then you'll throw in unnecessary side boosts on the way there. Be more liberal with your AA also. It's not just a PS counter. I know this is unsolicited advice.

Duckettes are my favorite pistols as well. The recoil nerf is interesting and makes sense for a magnum pistol, but the reload debuff is a bit harsh.
I feel you on the more recoil making sense, 49 hurts tho 😫 The reload debuff is so weird to me, felt just fine before nerf :/
