I'll definitely swap Leftovers with Mini Black hole positions. It's true that Eternatus can steal your leftovers but you can easily dump them on a pokemon you won't use in the fight or gets killed instantly. The fact that you can't use it in the last fight in the game is not a good enough reason to ignore that Leftovers can easily carry HARD for the rest of the game. Mini Black Hole, on the other hand, looks broken on paper but then you realise that for some reason it activates from the second time your opponent moves, so for everything you at least 2KO (which is usually most things) it's practically useless. Plus most pokemon have on average 1-2 items you can get with pickup anyway. It's only good if you stall on boss battles.
The money leftover or shellbell saved from buying potions gives you more reroll for x-item to fight eternatus or chance for more vouchers if you are a good player. About eternatus stealing, just transfer those items to the pokemon you're not going to use then problem solved.
So I disagree with a few stuff here. For one if you get the leftover or shellbell early enough they are run savers, you can skip buying potions because of their healing. Eternatus stealing them is aa problem but atleast early they are amazing. The dynamax band and the mega bracelet should atleast be on the same tier, both the mega stones and max mushrooms are rogue tier items and your reasoning for putting the dynamax band under the mega beacelet feels hollow because yes it sucks to wait for that mushroom for a ton of floors and thennot get it but I've had multiple runs where a mega stone has eludid me for the whole run, lastly the shiny charm atleast in my opinion should be in D or B, most of the time in classic you're only getting 1 charm which slashes the odds from around 2k to 1k, I feel its not worth it compared to other masterball tier items (besides dna splicers)

27:21 RIGGED Both Dynamax and Mega are extremely luck based. Even when I have both of them I could still end up beating a run without a pokemon using it! But funnily enough I did beat my first game with Dynamax Machamp on my team...

You are absolutely correct and I am wrong, but unfortunately I have been getting this wrong since Gen 1 and it is far too late for me to correct this in my brain so I'm going to keep getting saying direct hit even though I know it's wrong. Sorry :3
Multi Lense with a stats boosting move has been op for me. For example, power up punch +2 attack instead of 1+

Toxic Orb is good when it's on a pokemon that has healing from poison
