I'm playing MK11 since 2 months and something and I already actually landed this combo 3 times in a real match in Kombat League. One of the times I actually made a come back from being almost dead and won the game.
Then the guy got angry picked his main Joker and I lost :D but I had no problem with it after I did him that dirty

Note: i figured out that you can add a basic 1 after tele-slam amp and then follow with evil within and the rest of the combo for a tad bit of extra damage. Don't press twice or you'll whiff with an the 1 1 2 combo he has.

You can do this combo at full health too, just add a 2 at the end of as one but spam 2 itll trigger a crushing blow

Oh u have to go to kostomise and equip the move shadow portals in order to not go through the tele slam

I had the same problem but I found the solution. Go to Noob’s variations and equip shadow portals
