I grew up with the hmoobs in Fresno, ca and man the og’s would always bring the smoke beef out when we drink. Had some spicy add hmoob pepper too. Yummy 😋
Neat! I tried smoked chuck a few years ago and haven't looked back. Far better than slow cooking in the crock pot. I do them in the weber grill off heat or in the vertical smoker. Both work well.
My parents would smoke beef all the time. My Grandma would then mince it with the Hmong Knife along with some ginger and we'd eat it like that with rice and water.
Cindy, I posted a note celebrating Olympic Gold Medal winner Suni Lee, who is an American of Hmong descent. Why it was deleted I don’t know, unless UA-cam has a problem with linking a TODAY show video describing the support she has had from her family. That story is my favorite of all I’ve seen about her success. As always, thanks for all The Golds you deliver each week for your own fans.
I saw the video on Sunisa Lee and love it! She's a champion. I don't know where your comment is. UA-cam must have deleted it. But thank you for sharing and thank you for your kind words. :)

I prefer this over boiled chicken on road trip. They’re the best. 🤤🤤
