Hello A Taste of Bulgaria we just want to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved one a very Happy Christmas. May you be blessed Love and Light Sarah and Glenn
I want to see the countryside and bring my sons to see the amazing countryside and to hunt for various game and fish for food. And to sleep on the beaches of Varna
Our monasteries resemble fortresses, if you saw the rila monastery, troyan monastery, bachkovo, glojene mon.and many more they have high walls and defence towers,in rila monastery the tower is from the 10th century, the so called hrelio tower,in the past the monasteries were constantly attacked and they build their places as forts
Imagine picking roses with all the thorns. It's hard to imagine a worse job, even if one was constantly surrounded by smiling, beautiful girls... I never heard of any Brits going to Bulgaria back then. Yugoslavia was about as exotic as it got IIRC. I wonder if tourists were under police surveillance as visitors to Moscow were.
@@stars5206 I didn't even know Bulgaria had ski resorts then! I'm sure you're correct, but back then few Brits skied, and most of those who did would have gone to Alpine resorts.
You cannot mention gold in a monastery, because some of the monks are the so called bezsrebarnici,or literaly translated, the no-silver ones,or the silverless ,or people who refuse to own money, this is ancient way of life ,smth like hermit,or in bulgarian asket, asketism ,st.ivan of rila ,the protector and patron saint of Bulgaria was hermit monk and according to some scholars,a brother to our first emperor simeon the great, who is famous for fighting war on all bulgaria borders and won every one of them and build the flashy and classy new bulgarian capital of preslav,(which remains were very well preserved arround 1860,but the turks destroyed them to build railway, according to me on purpos)for wich the ancient authors wrote magnificient things that when a simple man enter the city is left speachless that things like that exist at all, with the city 16 meters,or more than 50 feet high walls and towers, simeon bulgaria was 750 000sq.km.or arround half a million miles500thousand miles big, inqluding ports on adriatic, black and the aegean seas,we had aegean teritorries, but the british gave them to greece after world war one, this are the lands east of tesaloniki,to the turkish border in the east, this is aegean bulgaria inqluding the island of tassos, where still bulgarian villages exist even today and many people still speak bulgarian but are affraid infront of the camera because the greeks oppressed them brutally if do so
The reason why Gold is not talked about in Spiritual places, is because the focus of spiritual people needs to be on God, not things of this world. Soon we will all die, and then the spiritual world will be the most important, in fact it will be the only world you have after you die. Welcome to the REAL WORLD.

For information, Ireland is significantly smaller in area than Bulgaria.
Really
yes. Bulgaria is 110,994 km² while Ireland is 70,273 km².

They only pick up the blossoms, the top part of the flower without the stems, so they shouldn't be touching the thorns.
Your information is incorrect! During socialism, Bulgarian ski resorts were full of English people.

@@cornishhh If you don't know something, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Socialism existed from 1945 to 1989
@@stars5206 Yes. Thank you for informing me.
Bulgaria is bigger than the island of Ireland. Bigger with land exactly the size of Albania.
Yeah just check that myself now….it is another 20% larger than Ireland
