Amazing that Keef is still with us! The Stones will keep going as long as Mick and Keef can get on the stage. When one of them can't then the Stones are finished.
@@ThaiThomi cannot understand how this band, and John Mayall can have so much energy….I’m only 76 and i would be dead tired just following Mick on stage!
One of my favorite things about these guys is that they have always showed mad respect, gratitude and genuine love for the music and musicians who influenced them
That's more like it. No fuss or faff. Just playing the good stuff. Mick really is extraordinary for a (nearly) 81 yr old man. Love the girl signing for the deaf gettin groovy too! What an awesome job❤
The Stones are killing it 🎉🎉, and they're sounding awesome and amazing 🎉🎉. 60yrs in the business of playing music 🎶 🎵, speaks loud volumes 🎉🎉. Mick,Keith, Ronnie you're music will be your legacy 🎉🎉
Still the greatest lyric in Rolling Stones history: "When I'm watchin' my TV, And a man comes on and tells me, how white my shirts can be, but he can't be a man 'cause he doesn't smoke, the same cigarettes as me..."
Great video, thanks for posting. I think it's cool how the Stones at 80, with losses along the way, esp. Charlie, have a black rhythm section, and more; it's like the band has morphed to the roots, what inspired them in the first place.
Was a great set! Their top oldies and some new ones from Hackney Diamonds. All great. The old boys delivered! For all of us New Orleanians, there was finally some satisfaction seeing Mick invite The Soul Queen of New Orleans, Mrs Irma Thomas, to the stage to sing “Time Is On My Side” that was their first hit in the U.S. and they covered her version bar for bar. The crowd was not raucous, but around me the average age was probably 70+. All having a blast. There were folks from New York to our left, L.A. to our right, Chicago behind us and a group of old Aussies in front of us. Most wearing concert tshirts from past tours. Lots of folks out there with their grandkids. Generations singing along to Mick, Keith, Ronnie, and the exceptional band. I make it out to the New Orleans Fairgrounds for Jazz and Heritage Festival every year and always love it, but this will be a special memory!
The ole Riff Master, Keith Richards and Mick Jagger go back since the school day’s well before adolescence. A well known fact, but to see them still kicking it in 2024 in there 80’s is a remarkable accomplishment.
I saw the Stones about ten years ago when they had Grace Potter as the opener. It was one of the greatest shows I've ever seen, and still the only stadium concert show I've ever been to in my 42 years. My buddy's mom invited me to join them in their suite at AT&T in Arlington, TX. Free food, alcohol, etc. I didn't even have to pay them for the ticket. They also rented a huge party bus for our crew. It was badass.
Great they’re doing the whole song instead of a medley of hits put together. This is what all of us old stones fans want. Do them all like this just like putting an old vinyl on a record player like we did. BRAVO STONES
I love how, on some of the upper-range notes, rather than struggling to hit them, Mick just thrusts the microphone toward the audience and let's THEM sing it !! Pretty cool !!
This is the first indication I've seen of Mick finally hitting the wall. I mean he's still in incredible shape, but the way he's walking...you can't stave off the age forever.
1981 U.S. Tour, brought to you by Jovan musk........... 1989 Steel Wheels Tour, brought to you by Budweiser........................ 2024 New Orleans Jazz Fest, brought to you by Coca-Cola, lol

Wow 😍
Really like the tempo they chose for this rendition.a lot of times they speed it up
This was perfect.
Steve Jordan on drums who was handpicked by Charlie to take his place
Back to the right tempo! Great!

It’s only rock n roll but….👏
@2:27 Mick Jagger 👉🏻🎤 acknowledging people on their porch during his performance.
That was nice of Mick.
When I first read yr post I read it as ‘people on their roof’ 🤣😂
Still sounds great - I like this version. Basic riffs
The song in apocalypse now was an old goldy. 80 years old
People in the houses in the background are getting a free show. wow
“Free” is up for debate - I’d guess that those people paid a TON of money to rent the house for Jazz Fest
Saw only its only r.r tour msg nyc in 70's ..now ?? Im old too
How live music should be. Not a single backing track, auto tune, lip sync. 100% live.
Back in the days, one couldn't record or take pics during live concerts...
How much 'satisfaction' are you going to get when you're 80?
Im 59 and getting up from the recliner is exhausting.
⚜️🎶
The interesting thing about the stage is the No Smoking sign. Times have changed!
2:09 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reminds me of the first 6 Star Trek movies.
Go Micky and dem boyz
Is it a concert or a workout? Micks pilaties workouts are paying dividends...its obvious he and the Stones are still very much rocking and rolling!
That AI is just getting better all the time. It’s almost like they are real people.
I was thinking is this a cover band at the beginning and nah there’s Mick
I wonder how many vehicles were broken into in New Orleans while the Stones were playing this song
As many as possible
free concert too. Sure beats Altamont and Hells angels! Rock til ya drop mick Ronnie and keith!!!!
😺👍
Rolling Stones: The backyard Concerts
They are epic, if in big Arenas or at smaller Venues.
people are watching from their front porch. location, location, location.
Well well well
If Willie Nelson can perform at 90, Mick Jagger can continue. I'm sure Mick will be performing till his voice gives out.
10:34
I love the people watching from their porch. 🎉💃🏻
A translator for the hearing impaired doing her thing...
LOL at the sign language chick.
could be the last time
Mick is amazing, it doesn’t matter what his age …he still can’t sing.
Good God! They've gotta be soooo sick of performing this song!
I feel like that’s part of the “bargain” is to play this stuff till they can’t physically move any longer. Ol’ Scratch gets his moneys worth
They need Bill Wyman back on Bass.
I wonder how many times Mick Jagger has sung that song. It might be time to quit.
horrible. Ron Wood was even laughing at that guitar solo Keith Richards tried to play. wow this song should've been the last time!

they need to change the name of this song to I can't get no Geritol. embarrassing!
Rock stars wearing adult diapers.
Ok lil weezie
Kinda sad.
What they sound amazing ,mick sounds great moves around nice ,legendary band
This Guy is Horrible time to Sit Down .
Charlie's dead...retire already !
Charlie was the down payment for this tour. Red juice only goes so far
That's awful.
Oh time to give up mick 💩
Nick is flat as hell it’s hard to listen to them. They are actually terrible.
He sounds great clear ,amazing legendary band people his age are in a nursing home stones still got it sound better than a bands half his age .
Mick puede comprarte y ponerte como adorno en su jardín. No eres nada y nunca lo serás xD.

don't ever talk about new orleans that way
New Orleans is the birthplace of rock and roll, and the Rolling Stones know it.
