Aww thank you so much Shaz! 🥺❤you're such a supportive friend darling. Drips used to scare me in the past but once you have practiced it will all be ok!
Thank you for this tutorial! I LOVE Colour Mill and had bought Tiffany because it is such a beautiful and unique color. I also have baby blue, baby pink, mint, yellow and peach. I work with chocolate a lot and find oil based colors to work well. They also work great with buttercream. It takes a smaller amount to achieve a deeper color than gel colors… IMO
Hi Lisa! 🥰 you're so welcome! So happy you watched the tutorial. Me too I really love Colour Mill and their Tiffany is one of my favourites. Have you seen their tropical range?
@@WaltonCakeBoutique oh goodness, I haven’t 🤦🏼♀️ That’s all I need is more colors in my arsenal of oil based colors 😂 Here in the US we are approaching fall, so I will be able to temper my chocolate. I don’t even try in the summer because my kitchen is too hot and humid. The reason I bring up tempering is because I use Colour Mill to color my cocoa butter for the shells of my bonbons. Such a great product because of how concentrated it is. A little goes a long way, as you know 😉 I will check out the new colors, but I will lay blame on you if I spend too much, hahaha 🤪 jk! Again, your tutorials are great and I have learned many techniques that have been game changers❤️
@@lisaanderson135 🤣OMG i've found myself collecting their colours! It's kind of addictive when I find a good product. I just want to have the whole range. Also thank you! 🥰 so happy that you're finding the tutorials useful!
Hi Jodie 😮! ohh is everything ok? When I first started baking I thought about selling cakes and cupcakes but I decided to pursue making videos and having a blog instead. This was after looking at the pro's and con's of baking to sell and found too many con's for me at the time. I've never had clients, but I've seen many of my friends encounter issues with customers ranging from a number of things such as rudeness to the most common being customers not valuing the work and not wanting to pay adequately.
@@jodieogrady8749 😨that's not very nice at all! you can only do so much. Sometimes you just can't make everyone happy, it's not your issue it's hers. Keep baking! 🥰❤

Hi kath got to ask you something has there ever been a time when you just wanted to stop baking because of a client or family member? 😔

@@WaltonCakeBoutiquejust disheartened with my mother inlaw I put in less butter and sugar cause I'm mindful of her and she still complains 😴
