hello sir thank you sir for the document. I happen to be a resident around PG Pagottan and I am also one of the workers at the factory during the milling season
I had a memory during my childhood in 90s when I took the bus from Ponorogo to Madiun with my mother, I saw narrow gauge rail at the right side of the road, and it is lower than the road, it is similar to 1:34. Unfortunately I never saw that narrow gauge rail again from 2000 afterwards. Maybe it belongs to Pagotan or Kanigoro.
Ponorogo to Madiun, line on the right lower than the road - this sounds like Kanigoro to me. I can't think of a Pagotan line that matches that description.
Woww old memory ,, steam locos PG Pagotan Madiun . First the lorry rails reached Ponorogo, picking up sugar cane from the plantation . if PG Kanigoro Madiun takes sugar cane in the western Madiun area to Magetan
I could be wrong but I'd have to say saturated steam loco (no superheat so very wet steam) with automatic cylinder drain at the end of each stroke to get rid of excess water. For the main part of the stroke the steam moves the piston but at the end of the stroke just as the piston on the other side kicks in, the drain cocks open to let out any water in the cylinder.
My research on Google Maps suggests that this is in the area of Krandegan between Pagottan and Ponorogo. Maybe an Indonesian resident can place this better.

Keren montik nomer 6
I still don't understand why there's a hole on the SIDE of the cylinders? Don't they have drain cocks to get rid of water like any other steam loco?
