However there are better and more value for money projects nearby which will actually be a better investment. These tall towers really feel very claustrophobic to even look at. Buildings which are 5-6 floors in height are much better in a location like Panvel.
Thane is a much better market, now that we have the metro line coming up. 2bhk starts from 1.1cr and can go up to 2.75 cr so the city has properties for everyone.
