When I plugged it, the servo motor continuously rotating. It only stop when i put my hand on the sensor.

Not then you need to connect 9v battery Or adapter for power.

Usb just for Power the circuit you can remove after uploading coding than use adapter or battery for power...

Thanks... I want it Wireless because it's a new idea and no one in youtube make it Wireless by using
RF433MHZ and servo and ultrasonic sensor... But.. Can you make it Wireless without delay... That When you near to the ultrasonic sensor the servo motor moves and When you are not near to the ultrasonic sensor the servo motor moves back

Yes u can but it have less torque compare to mg995
