𑁍┊ It's finally here! and it's complete!
➭ It took a while but it was worth it! I never thought that I would even be able to do this project again because the mugen I originally did this on kept crashing and not starting up and it turns out this entire time it was a character named: "KillAll" yes that infamous mugen cheapie that you see in that one mugen iceberg video is the reason WHY I haven't been able to load up the mugen. now that the problem is OUT of the way I've been able to resume this mugen flawlessly! enough of that let me further explain what this mugen contains....
✦ Over nearly 3k chars (2,950 chars total), a lil bit less than original EVE and Mugen All Stars, and except it is for winmugen. this mugen strictly and I mean strictly contains 99% cheapies and 88% rare chars especially chars from really old mugen games such as Naruto vs. DBZ, DBZ Sagas, Kingdom hearts, and overall really old winmugens that aren't too easy to find (so yes ULTRA RARE chars are in there too). there's also chars on here that weren't easy to get ahold of as well but I found my ways. there's also a godly amount of donald, orochi and colonel edits which is to be expected.
└➤ Other than that, I usually just end it here BUT unfortunately since this mugen is actually a HAZARD. yes you read that, a HAZARD. I would like to let you know, that there is cheapies that do more than the usual crashes, visual glitches and other things. the cheapies in THIS mugen is DEFINITELY going beyond that. not saying there are viruses but there are cheapies that just simply do more than what the average cheapies do in this mugen! I have made many winmugen rosters that are packed with cheapies and rare chars but this one might be the more craziest one I have done ever yet so keep that in mind.

THIS MUGEN ALONE SURPASSES EVERY WINMUGEN ROSTER I'VE DONE ON THIS CHANNEL.
- I have put a note, in this mugen (because you know it's serious when I have to put a note aka readme.txt file in a mugen after not doing it in such a long time) to keep in mind what type of cheapies you will definitely be encountering. that's why when running this mugen make sure to do research on chars you are maybe concerned may go crazy on that mugen. because I am not saying that this mugen will give you a virus no, there's no frost tiers, dragon tiers, or even anti-malware tiers but there is all types of nulls and all types of postmen on this mugen even chars with their own .exe and some even come with complex instructions to simply run the character.

I forgot to mention that the gaps in this mugen for the first time is a bit justifiable because some of the chars like I said in the desc do require some extra steps on how to run them.

Are there any good websites to download characters from certain fiction, like Dragon Ball, Saint Seiya etc? Also no chibi style ones we see nowadays. I like normal looking characters, used to play DBZ mugen edition, AF, all that decades ago. 😊 By the way, has anyone enhanced mugen games quality? Maybe AI upscaling? Has bugs and errors due to high load been fixed? Is there a good latest version of mugen template? Is anyone making Dragon Ball mugen edition 2024? I really wish mugen games are redone and enhanced.
Yes sites like www.andersonkenya1.net/ is a really good site to download all sorts of chars you might even find some rare ones in there too. I could recommend mugen archive too but the staff there are ban happy and there's download limits while andersonkenya1 doesn't have any limts to what you can download there and the staff are normal.
And to answer your other question yes I have seen people try to enhance mugen games I think these enhancements show up on certain versions of mugen though like 1.1 because there is a game where the DBZ chars are HD, UPSCALE and SHADED here's an example ua-cam.com/video/PijSzGlDrEY/v-deo.html
As for bugs and errors being fixed due to high load I haven't heard for such fix all I know is you suppose to go to mugen.cfg to tweak a few settings, there isn't any good latest version of a mugen template from what I know? IDK I only do games on mugen 1.0 and winmugen, and from what I know I haven't seen anyone make a DBZ Mugen Edition 2024 everything in terms of anime if we are being realistic is JUS now, everything is mainly JUS. mugen games have been enhanced and re-maked but as for re-done IDK I too wish certain games have been re-done but since I've been sorta doing my rosters n stuff I don't really care about it TOO much.
