⊱┊ Hi, so this is going to be very interesting...
₊❏❜ So, I decided to surprise you guys with a mugen cheapie upload. the story behind all 4 of these winmugens is quite simple really. I had a lot of more cheapie chars I had lying around from my 3k cheapies mugen char project that I had collected from a while back. but, ofc we all know that failed flat. so I decided to get these screenpacks and add/organize all of these for you all. you're free to use these are character packs OR, feel free to mess around but there's more info to these...

➽ I made these for mainly mugen cheapie enthusiasts and, people who like cheapies in mugen in general that likes to mess around with them BUT on top of that, I love cheapies myself so I was like why not. I actually was lowkey proud of these because I found out some of these cheapies were from MA, so these mugens are somewhat special. I forgot to mention these also aren't cheapies as well but very rare mugen chars I am talking mugen chars from the years 2010 & older than that. some of them are also cheap as well.

⇘ : : Also HEADS UP:
- Expect crashes, glitches, and visual issues and problems when running these cheapies as you can see in the video there was a few times the mugen would crash. I put a readme in each mugen as well to remind you. if you do run them, make sure you have a backup of the mugen just to be sure. also no correlation BUT, I found out when compiling these mugens that character "KillAll" actually prevents winmugen from starting. meaning, this character alone is the reason why I couldn't do the over 3,000 cheapie mugen project.
✰ ┊ Disclaimers as per usual....
● You can remove/add chars as you please
● You can remove/replace non-working/crash inducing chars
● You can remove/add stages as you please.
● If you have issues downloading a mugen, make use of a download manager, increase your internet speed (if you can afford it) or, just utilize your resources and research a fix for it (cuz sometimes it would even be out of my hands to fix it)
● If there's a char on here you dislike, due to personal reasons or so, feel free to remove them. (good luck with that)
● Seizure warning for a few characters on there, some got some pretty flashy movesets. if anything happens stop playing immediately if you have epilepsy.
● Some of these characters have horror elements, if horror is not your thing you're free to remove those characters (I'm talkin jumpscares, demonic messaging/symbolism, and dark imagery btw).

● If you upload this mugen anywhere else and I mean ANYWHERE even your own discord server, PLEASE GIVE CREDIT! you know very well you ain't made this roster, so when uploading mention/link my channel please or, link my discord and/or socials.
