It's a lot easier to install if you simply take the radiator loose from it's mounts and hold it out of the way slightly, don't even have to remove the hose to move it far enough.
So I'm trying to understand this...with the new power valve cover you got better low end torque but you say it made the midrange and top end too rich? And to solve that issue you had to tune using the ERM module to lean it out?
I don't think he knows what he's saying. He's feeling whatever he wants to feel, no quantitative data at all. Mind over matter! I can tell you I put one on my bike, don't know that I notice anything at all. It MIGHT lug a little better, and I feel like I lost a touch of off-idle "pop". Whatever it does didn't really change my life any though.

do you think the gasket they they provided was damaged at all? I'm installing one on my TE250.
No it was not.TSP use a different type of gasket then KTM dose. However the product and what it dose it's excellent
He probably ruined the gasket by installing the cover with a freaking impact driver
