Resumes are usually one to two pages long and focus on your accomplishments. A resume is your marketing document, and you can think of it as your brochure. A CV can be several pages long, and is a detailed document with all your education, the courses you took, your GPA, and so on. You can think of a CV as your specification sheet.

i am working in IT field (cisco networking with 4 years exp.) and extra experience in customer services(finance). how do i show in my resume.please help me.
Shyamveer Singh your IT experience, and your financial customer service experience should appear in the Work Experience section. Even though they may not be closely related, customer service is a transferrable skill that can compliment your IT skills.
You can use any professional email account. Yahoo and Hotmail are not considered professional. I included gmail as an example because it's commonly accepted, and free.
