Thanks :) When shooting the sunset scene (at the beginning of the video), I remember having my tripod and camera ready and I was just standing there in one spot for more than 30 minutes, completely in awe and trying to absorb as much as I could from the scenery as the sun was descending into the horizon. It was quite a special moment.
4:35 The historic El Tovar hotel used to be called Moki Lodge. ( It was pronounced Mokey, or Mokie.) ~ You did such a good job panning; that's hard to find. This was an excellent and helpful video. I'm adding it to my Arizona playlist. Thank you for sharing it.
+American Roads No, I haven't . But I have been in the States two times, three weeks each. The first time I have been visited the kids of my uncle, a brother of my mother. One of his sons was a trucker like me. He was living in Kansas City, KS. We have made a trip to the Baringer Crater in Arizona. My cousin has had a tour to a city nearby. The second time I have visited the aunt of my wife. Her aunt has lived in a small town in the state of Michigan. There we have visited the Mackinaw Bridge, gigantic. It was on July 4th. There was a phantatic fireworks. I have enjoyed your country and the very friendly people.
I'm glad there is no road into the canyon, hiking, riding, and rafting only. Besides marring the canyon, it would be an engineering nightmare, if you thought the road through the San Rafael swell was hard. Leave the Canyon more or less as Powell found it.
This video is absolutely amazing, I love how you achieve such a bright crisp picture! Of course the fabulous views help as well, along with the camera pans and orchestral music, in creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. (Also, the second largest canyon in the US, Palo Duro, is in the Texas panhandle and has paved road access. Hint hint. Jk) but for real awesome job.
The video is sped up in order to make it watchable. Otherwise, it would be almost one hour in length, so unnecessarily long and boring. I hope it is not bothering you too much. By the way, have you ever visited Grand Canyon?
Thank You for the video . Personally, I enjoy watching and normal speed. Even this video will take an hour or more time. In Grand Canyon I've only been on Yours and others videos
I have hiked down to the Colorado River and it is amazing.......You can't put it in words
Such a well done video with great clarity and far visualization of the Grand Canyon! Thank you.
Those canyon sightings are something to behold! I really like how you do the slow pan and scan of the scenery, very professional.
I guess that is the best way to bring the scenery home with me :)
You did an excellent job. Thank you.
This is the BEST tour guide vids I've ever seen...thank you so much for sharing this terrific one!
Thank you so much , no words for this powerfull place , perfectly reflected in your work...

Awesome drive as always! Thanks for taking us there!

Thank you very much! And don't worry. Whenever there is a huge canyon with paved road access, sooner or later, I will be there :)
정말 멋져요
Great video. Why did You speed up the movement on the road. It is not very convenient.
