The interference filter and safety isolation on the PCB looks kind of questionable. But I'm impressed by your transformer winding skills. But I'm not sure what topology it uses. It doesn't look like a flyback, because at the output both AC cycles are rectified and the transformer core doesn't seem to have an air gap. It also doesn't really look like a single switch forward, because there is no output inductor. Although this power supply works, it's probably not very efficient and it produces a lot of electromagnetic interference.
I want to thank you for the detailed explanation of how to do it. But when I want to get another voltage - say 60 volts - 1 amp - I have to change the number of turns in the secondary winding - I guess 30 + 30 ? Also to sweat - by changing R3/R4 = control the output voltage?
