Japan tourism Osaka Shoin Women's University [Seiko Tanabe Literature Museum and architecture]

The Seiko Tanabe Memorial Hall is located in the library of Seiko Tanabe's alma mater, Osaka Shoin Women's University (which she graduated from when she was a vocational school). Admission is free, and various special exhibitions are held. When I went, there was an exhibition of Seiko Tanabe's treasured possessions.
It was a very beautiful campus, with the Shokokan, a wooden building from the Taisho era that was a former tasting hall and selection hall, and the modern masterpiece of a memorial hall from the early Showa era.
