this is very new age and pagan......mixing yoga and christianity. the bible tells us not to be like the pagans who dont pray from the heart but use repitition and words instead of heart felt communication with God. there is also a mindlessness and compliance that trains for mindlessness and compliance. christians are to meditate on truths and discern, good from evil......not detach, go to their body and mindlessly follow a leader through empty ritual and prayer. this is a bridge to the new age spirituality. the devil wants to work his way into the church with the "new age" spirituality which includes paganism and occulitism and other religions. the devil wants to hybridize christianity to make it unbiblical and cut it of from the true jesus and the true spirit of god. "those who worship must worship him in Spirit and in Truth, these are the kind of followers God seeks" God doesn't want body compliance and mindlessness. he wants your spirit living in his reality through his word...God wants you mentally present interacting with people and him with your whole being and with his Word the bible.

AAgghh- Tai chi / middle class "retreat" fever- dangerously using the Lords prayer in a way He never intended- please dont insult His Holiness by combining pagan rituals with His precious word.
