We should allow Ukraine to access a portion of the international frozen Russian assets. Release say 75 to 100 billion USD to enable Ukraine to buy additional weapons from Korea, Taiwan etc. Hell...the funds could even pay for a portion of the donated weapons so that Western taxpayers don't complain. Funds could be provisionally released with Russia retaining the ability to recover in the future. Obviously, Russian recovery would be decided by international courts, and would be first subject to damage reparations to Ukraine. Fair?
