Its hard for them to remove plates, and ussualy having people do difrent jobs lower their capacity. The doors to the dish cleaner also really fucks them up.

i took a trip down to the Jesse Restarutant and i must admit i couldnt focus on eating my food with the manager in the back berating the workers. The floor was constantly slippery and so i left with an empty stomach and soaking wet shoes. 1/10
