this arrangement was written by the famous UKRAINIAN conductor, composer, arranger Ruben Tolmachov. It is dedicated to the tragedy at the nuclear power plant in Fukushima. He wrote it for the boys' and youths' choir "Dzvinochok", which he has been leading for 25 years. This is probably the best arrangement of the song I’ve seen. Most choirs have this weird, high, uneven harmony buzzing through the whole thing.
