I prayed for Juliet in 1969, after I saw this movie, found my Juliet at the end of 1970, was engaged at the end of 1973 and married her in May 1976! Who says that Romeo and Juliet can’t lead to a happy ending! We now have 4 daughters and 7 grandchildren!

The best review I could give to this film is that it's how I pictures it would be when we rehearsed it as a young man. These two young actors meant every word and we felt it through the screen. It was horrifying and beautiful at the end 😢
