Ages is not only a representation of Segas past but also a monument to those who can master the game on higher difficulties. I got close on the wii u version but now I'm on xbox 360 I can easily do just that bit better since I know most of the events. It goes without saying that "To be this good takes AGES "
Dude, I just can't seem to get ages. Since 2014 I haven't been able to reach him on the 360. I soon moved to Xbox One and still to this day seem to get good enough to get him. He is my favorite. This will take ages.
Ages is the most overpowered "character" in this game, but what i noticed is that every character has different strengths depending from the form, Ages weakness is the boat form, he loses a lot of speed when turn and can lose the control easily, if we train with boat form, nobody can catch up. the car form is balanced, a bit faster than other with same speed level, but the F-14 form is unmatched, even set to stability he is still faster than fast characters set to speed. also if we use Ages with speed set, as F-14, even sonic set to speed and using all star can't catch up, is slower than ages as aircraft.
they was about to add ristar, but ages was a iconic symbol to place instead, every game like this from all other companies do the same, but nah, people like to say about sega only...
AGES depiction is kinda adorable character wise, when you win a race, you see a Dreamcast VMU dancing, so basically I just headcanon that the Dreamcast VMU is controlling the vehicles that are given to you playing as AGES. I actually kinda like transformed, I’ve played it before in my younger AGES (see what I did there), it’s cool. I should play this again some day.
