Steven , you have the right to your opinion. When we were working on Happy Halloween I used all comments as a learning tool. If I was a store I would use the comments as a tool to improve my website.
People do feel free to vent on Facebook and UA-cam, this person isn't helping herself or her business. It's great that you leave the comments up, a fellow quilter was attacked but was so shocked by the nastiness that he took the comment down, it would have been better to have left it for others to see and comment.

If you have spoken about it before I have missed it. I’m very interested in finding out the pattern. I will search through your back episodes hopefully to find the pattern.

I told the truth- you have some other idea happening in your head- you would not allow me to address your concerns and if you actually watched the review you would see that it was positive and I gave your shop one of my highest ratings. You seem to have a problem- not my problem so stop harassing me please!
Any of us that know Steven know that he is anything but a liar. He is direct and doesn't sugar-coat things, but that is something I appreciate in this bubble wrapped world. His initial review of your online store was positive, he encouraged people to shop with you, and said he would himself. It's sad that you can't see that he gave you some free marketing and now you may have lost yourself some potential future customers from your reaction.

Are you talking about the two large star blocks on my design wall? If so they are part of a larger quilt called Barn Star Sampler.
