- In the last header bolt video, I just safety wired the bolts without showing how, but it has come to my attention that a lot of people have never used, or even seen safety wire before. So here is how you do it!

the holes for the safety wire to those hex flange bolts should be drilled on the plate, that metal on metal contact by trying to connect the bolts will damage the pipe/duct in high vibration
FYI the FAA guidelines as stated in AC43.13-1B are that there should be 6-8 twists per inch, not 7-12. Very important for anyone learning this for Airframe and Powerplant or aviation mechanic reasons. You don't want to fail a practical test because you put twice the number of twists that there should be.
What diameter wire is that for?
Depends on the safety wire
the rest does not care about the gauge of wire, 6-8 inches is what it says
