7:47 a quick self test you can do to see if you are dehydrated is to pinch your skin on your arm, let go and see how fast your skin returns back to normal on your body. If it doesn’t return quickly, you are dehydrated.Perhaps Google it for more info bc I know this isn’t really detailed. But you know yourself and if you are drinking enough. I also struggle with getting enough water in my body and being well hydrated. Way to go for doing what you can!💕
Whether you got Hope as a puppy is irrelevant. I’m sure before you got her you discussed it with your family who knew you would need help at times with her, just like other things. The issue is the humans in the house need to work together to help her lose weight, which can mean getting feeders to feed them at set times and a set amount recommended by the vet. Cutting back treats to half alone helped me with my dog. It’s not easy at first, it takes forming the habit but you all are used to doing this already. Having them eat separate areas or times helps if one eats the others. They have feeders that only open when the right animal’s microchip is detected to keep others from eating the others food. It opens and closes so they can come back later if they don’t finish it all at once. I’m not judging, I know how it is when you have challenges yourself. Even if she stops limping, you will want to keep working at it as I know how much you love and want her to be happy, healthy and with you for years to come. ❤
I will keep Hope in my prayers Emily, and you too sweetheart. ❤ My name is Sam
