I don't know how I feel about the contrasts between Hyrule in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. In Breath of the Wild, Hyrule is calm and peaceful, a place where nature has reclaimed its dominion, and only occasionally will you be disrupted by Guardians and Bokoblins etc. On the other hand, Tears of the Kingdom presents a dramatically altered Hyrule. Everything within your line of sight seems overly hostile, as if anything that is not the ground itself wants to kill you. I mean c'mon, even the trees?
This video deserves way more likes & views than it has. Subscribed for more... I clocked about 180 hours in BotW. I don't know how many I've put in to TotK so far, but I know I've barely scratched the surface.
Another banger my friend! Editing was cinematic af and the way you described all the gameplay elements of the game was beautiful! Zelda is a series I hold really near and dear to my heart and the way Nintendo puts so much love into each entry is nuts. And while I'm more of a fan of the more linear entries myself, I think the open world ones supply an absolutely stunning Hyrule just to get lost in, explore all the little areas. Every bit of it seems lived in and well realized and no matter where you look there's something awe inspiring to show the player. I agree that this shit is art. Mostly the world and environment but the music, the story, it all comes together to craft something truly unforgettable. Nintendo really outdid themselves and it really gets me pumped to see what they do in the future. Again, great video buddy. Keep making masterpieces like this and I know you'll get even more (well deserved) attention!
This video is a work of art
