This is excellent quality work. The finish is better than any hand finish I've seen in the USA. Steel reinforcing was good. I love doing brick work. I always have. I also did a lot of repairs that were undetectable. I am now retired. Masons should be proud of this.

That is scary to me. From the outside it looks like solid concrete. But, inside its a crummy grade of brick, sand as filler, a little concrete, and plaster over it all. If someone tries to attach a metal guardrail and handrail system to it, they find nothing to attach substantial to attach it to. If a car bumps it from the side it will fall apart. Maybe I am a spoiled American.
Evening Mr Gary This actually only a Brick Steps to step up from ground to his building. Owner doesn’t required the handrail system for it. The height from ground to his building only 3feet height. I understand your concern about the structure quality. But I only follow owner order to complete his request. However , very thank you very much for your comment and opinion. Appreciated
@@apertureofconstruction1739 : in the US, building codes require a barrier of some kind if a child can fall more then about 76 cm (30 inches), and a handrail on stairs that have 3 or more risers (vertical portion of the steps). Over the years there have been a lot of falls on stairways and over ledges. Especially with older people or people who have been drinking. A child especially can easily fall over this edge onto the concrete below and hit their head. Guardrails have also changed over the years to allow only small openings of about 10 cm (4 inches) or less after it was found that babies can often crawl through rather small openings into danger. Laws can be strict here because of bad experiences. I am not judging your country however. I am sure this stairway could last a very long time.

I’m willing to learn , Sir. Perhaps , this steps way actually is only belong to owner . This building is a fishery jetty. He need to get to up the building from the ground floor. It’s a private property own by owner. So, he don’t want waste too much of money to build the house that complied all the law enforcement. I share this video is because of the cement rendering that look good. Hand works for the finishing.
Why would you go through all that trouble to build stairs using bricks to then plaster it with cement? Also, not a whole lot of support to last. Where are the amazing techniques?
