You know I really really love this origin to scar better than what we got in the lion guard scar being neglected and their father manipulating Mufasa sounds like a little bit of a better origin for him but if Ahadi just loved his sons equally and not the successor over the other then none of this could have happened and it could have prevented everything that happened in The Lion King and by that I mean everything bad that has happened but this au is really interesting

Actually the events of The Lion King still happen if Mufasa and Scar’s father treated them equally (which in fact is probably what actually happened) as just because his father loved Scar doesn’t mean Simba wouldn’t exist and Scar would be next-in-line.
Technically Ahadi never hates Taka because he’s always love both Mufasa and Taka equally in the book in Tale of Two Brothers, and Taka has different meanings to his name in Swahili also means “want” but people think Taka name literally means trash or garbage in Swahili but also meaning “want”

Then Ahadi would force Mufasa to lead The Lion Guard and then Mufasa would use the roar of the elders on a strange lion. Then Mufasa would be the one with the name "Scar" and Taka would be king until his own death. Nuka would be forced by Mufasa/Scar to run away and never return. Mufasa/Scar would be the new king, but then Nuka would return and defeat him. Simba and all of the lions who supported Mufasa would be exiled by Nuka. Now Nuka would be king.
Then The Lion King 2 would be called Nuka's Pride instead of Simba's Pride. Nuka would find a mate named Scratch, a lioness with a scar over her eye. She'd become his queen and give birth to 2 cubs, Scraka and Nutch. Scraka, the 1st born, would be destined to be king. Nutch, the 2nd born would lead The Lion Guard. Taka, his grandfather, would be his spiritual guide. Much like in the actual universe, Mufasa is Kion's guide.
Meanwhile in the outlands, Simba and Nala have Kopa, Kiara and Kion and Kion would be chosen to carry out the revenge. But Kion would become a friend of Nutch and Kiara would fall in love with Nuka's son, Scraka. Simba would be angry at this, and years later, he'd ambush Nuka. But now this is the turning point because Simba will die instead of Nuka. After Simba got killed by the logs, Nuka would retreat and exile all of Simba's cubs. That would mark the bad ending of this AU.
(This would be how I interpret things to work in this AU.)
