Keep doing what you're doing. I'm currently in the military, away from home (Palm Coast), and these videos keep me sane.
Thank you for your service!!!
@steven williams me too man. I watch these videos to keep up to date with home.
I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida it’s a beautiful city with beautiful beaches and restaurants and growing businesses and communities and good nightlife.
The Matanzas Woods area of Palm Coast also includes, not just the L section, but the northern past of the B section also!
I bought a lot and am getting ready to build in the P section. Its incredible what's happened to prices since I first considered moving there a couple years ago. Those 250K homes are now pushing 400K.
Keep on newspaper, place is a haven for crime now
@@acmecompany I'm sure where I currently live is worse (Central Valley of California).
I lived in p section! Princess Delores place!
Because everybody is moving here from New York, California and Illinois. Median listing home price $391.99k for 2023. They are building all kinds of homes and commercial buildings here in Palm Coast. With a 2023 population of 93,482. Very crowded here now and traffic is terrible. The infrastructure not keeping up. There are times when you make a left turn you have to wait through two light changes to make it. I'm in the S-Section. Had house built in 2003. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage on 80' x 120' lot all for $80,000. There were only two homes on the street then but now the street is full of homes. Times have changed! If you plan to move to Palm Coast you can expect it to get more crowded because they are not going to stop building here.
@Gary R I agree!!! I moved to Palm coast back in 2006! I lived in the p section! I remember there was just a Walmart! LOL which I worked there for a bit when they still had fast check out lanes! They didn't even build that target/dollar tree plaza yet! I worked at DT for a good 7 years before I moved to IL (blegh) went to visit FL in 2021! Definitely a lot has changed! I saw a sign that Said wawa being built and so forth. I liked It when no one really knew about it too!
This was a fantastic video. I just relocated back to South Florida from North Carolina, where I have 8 months until I can put the house up for sale. Was looking at Melbourne and Palm Bay as a spot to buy but stumbled on this vid and Palm Coast looks like a prime candidate. I just need a great elementary school with good ratings for my 8 year old.
Great! I'm glad you loved it. Come visit Palm Coast and check it all out! We have a great school system and many elementary schools to choose from depending on what neighborhood you're in :)
Hey man did you ever find the right school? We’re making the move from Michigan and I also have youngsters
@@justinhill5509 Yes sure did. I actually relocated to Melbourne a year ago. Some of the good schools are Manatee Elementary, Suntree Elementary, Quest Elementary, Longleaf Elementary. The whole area is growing with plenty of home construction. Can't go wrong if you make the move. 👍
Yeah F section. Love it. And no not selling.
Nice positive, informative video. Thanks
I've got a feeling real estate values/prices have increased since this video?? Hoping to transfer within the year. 🤩😍👏
You are right! We have an updated Welcome to Palm Coast series coming up! Give us a call when you're ready to make a move!
Miss living here xo
Great information! We are moving to Palm Coast next month. Renting but looking to buy next year 2022. This is really helpful to navigate through a new place. I love the old Florida feel and affordable prices. I think I’m really going to like it there. 😊
Awesome! We can’t wait to have you! If you need some help when it comes time
To buy, give me a call :)
1 year later, how do you like it?
@@Dierect_ttv I'd like to know too!
Ready to come Tuesday next week. Who ready to show? :)))))
Let's do it! Shoot me an email lauren@FBRealEstateCo.com
We're coming!...may be a year, or two, but leaving socialist California, for a brighter retirement. We love Flagler Beach, and Palm Coast looks very favorable, compared to our other favorite target area; Vero Beach.
Go for Vero Beach the weather is great year round there. Too many $!#%/$ rules in Palm Coast you will be fined for breaking.
@@DL30Creations
Thanks! Love them both. Don't plan on breaking any rules, at either place!
Sarasota is a much better option!! If you can afford it which after your CA sale I'm sure you can! Complain about your state as communist as you like but be grateful for your high values as it will enable you to live better here!
@@chrisreed26
Sarasota is beautiful! We prefer the east coast beaches. Most Gulf beaches are too calm, like living on a lake. That whole Tampa-St.Pete-Sarasota area is much too crowded...liked Venice, too, but that's growing too much.
Just what we need.... more fascists.
Hello ! Thanks for the great video :)
Could you please tell me what section , The Gables at Town Center is in ? Also , are there any plans for further commercial development at the Town Center ?
Thank you! The Gables are located right in Town Center. No other homes have been built out there so they haven't named it otherwise or created a "section." There are still plans for restaurants and shops throughout the town center but not sure how far into the future!
You forgot to add all the code enforcement rules! This may change people’s minds! Just saying.
Code Gestapo. Those creepy punks on bicycles issuing pink slips for violations every day. They even will go in your yard to peer over your fence for violations.
Dont forget the growing crime rate. I lived in BALTIMORE CITY for 30 years. It wasnt until moving to palm coast that my home was broken into and we had a bullet come thru our florida room screen and hit the wall. So yeah theres that.
@@raygunz488 anything on the left side of i-95 going north is wierd and on the right anything near the beach is where it’s expensive
Can you elaborate?
@@lindaminetti2723
No, he can't.
Florida
Did I miss it? I didn't see the B section (Indian Trails)?
You didn't miss it...we did when we compiled everything! haha Check out the rest of my videos. I have one specifically for Indian Trails :)
When I was a kid in the 80's my parents looked at homes in Palm Coast when it was in it's early years..Quite a few less communities back then!! Still was a very desirable area then as it is now..We decided to stay in the Brandon/Tampa area then in 1995 we moved to Jax..as we had family there..It looks like your prices have not caught up with the rest of FL! I'm sure they will!!
Prices have definitely jumped up a little bit but hopefully we continue to stay affordable!
Sadly, the prices named here have become outdated. It's incredible what two years can do to real estate affordability.
You're not wrong! We will have updated videos coming soon!!
😜😛
Do you accept section 8 housing voucher
There are some apartments that are HUD approved but no single family homes.
@@LaurenMcPhersonRealtor Do you have a list of HUD homes or available housing?
I would hope not.

What's bigoted about expecting people to pay their own way, butch?
Palm coast

High crime area.
It's not though
It’s contaminated with toxic mold.
Greetings, I am planning to establish a high-end pet apparel boutique in Palm Coast. Could you recommend a suitable location for me?
