The oven is sufficient, the incubator is better, and when the incubator is applied, pay attention to separating it from other cells cultured to prevent contamination, for example, you can use a separate incubator;As shown in the video, the sample is first placed in a humidity box protected from light, where humidity is already guaranteed, and the purpose of this step is to prevent the liquid that infiltrates the sample from evaporating completely, so there is usually no need to increase the humidity.For some samples, if an extended incubation time is required, it can be observed every 30 minutes to ensure that the sample remains immersed in the liquid at the end of the incubation time.
