We can't find hope and peace in this world but there is Someone that can give us true hope and peace.

I went through life what I knew was a great life for me! Had a great a balance all was good! One day that all changed and found my life turned upside down! I was confused and angry why this was happening to me! I was telling people I can’t figure out why my good luck ran out! One day I realized it wasn’t luck! It was the fact I’ve been talking to god my whole life and I didn’t know it! He gave me everything I asked for or manifested! I’m going through a rough season and I know I have too keep talking to him and trusting him! I feel him strengthening me everyday! I have no reason know not to trust him!
So Candace said: we didn’t grow up in a Christian home but mom was always a believer. So I thought being a believer means you are a Christian? So what makes a believer a Christian? Is it going to church? Reading your bible?
I think she meant her mom did not live for the Lord bc her dad wasn't saved so her mom may have felt held back from truly living for Christ and taking her kids to church.
She didn't show her faith well
I also really feel that Candace truly got saved once she realized that she was a sinner. As you can't trust in Jesus to save your sins if you don't know you have sins.
But it's between her and the Lord. I could be wrong
If you ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins, repent with all your heart and proclaim Him as your personal Saviour, then you start your Christian journey. It is super important to find a Bible believing and teaching church. As Christians, we continually try to keep the Lord's commands. Hopefully this helps you understand.

YES, having a growing relationship with God --the One who created me, and Who loves me so much that He saved me -- is the BEST thing in this life. The most important thing.

You know, based on her testimony I believe she actually truly came to salvation in her 20’s and not at 12. When it finally clicked that it takes more than just knowing and believing Christ is Who He says He is- you have to acknowledge that you’re a sinner who is in desperate need of His forgiveness. Repentance is necessary for Salvation. Praise God for the two of you and all of the wonderful work you do for Hos Kingdom!

The "I'm A Good Person" belief has led to many people right to the gates of hell. We found that our daughter even believed this false teaching. Jesus is THE ONLY way to heaven! We don't and can't earn our way. I was like Candace, I was saved when I was 15, but it wasn't until I began a relationship with God that I really began to understand what it really means to live a life with Christ. I'm 55 years old, so I grew up watching both of you, and it is such a blessing to see you both spreading the Good News!

What does it mean to walk with god, vs already feeling and knowing that jesus died for your sin?
I have no idea what that means. And i believe in God and Jesus.

Everything written about Jesus, was writen 75 years to 150 and more years after Jesus & his apostles died. Nothing comes from them.
12 people could see a crash, ask them to write about it, you will have 12 different perspectives. That's what you see in the stories of Torah, Bible, Quran,... it's all just stories & our interpretation of the words written!!!

The bible is not God. It's just Jews writers who wrote stories, just like in Hollywood scripts. You both should be use to that.
