You made a mistake in this video. Bret won the IC title at SummerSlam '91 against Mr. Perfect in MSG and lost it the following year against The British Bulldog at Summerslam '92 in Wembly stadium.
Bret Hart did win the IC title at SummerSlam '91, but he lost it a few days prior to Royal Rumble 92 during a house show against The Mountie. Roddy Piper won the title at Royal Rumble and subsequently dropped the title to Bret at Wrestlemania '92. He would hang on to it until SummerSlam '92 as you mentioned.
