In this recipe Masala Bhat Recipe I have shown easy process of making masala bhat. Masala Bhat is a Maharashtrian dish, I have made this dish with my own variation. Masala bhat is similar to pulao
such as veg pulav, tawa pulao etc.

Rice -1 glass
Onion- 2
Tomato -1 (large)
Ginger garlic paste- 1/ 2 tbsp
Cauliflower
Brinjal
Green peas
Tindora/kundru/kovai
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black caradamom - 1
Green cardamom-2
Mace (javitri
Bay leaves -2
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch
Star anise-1
Turmeric powder -1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
