  • I have always loved Earth Cruisers, but the FX takes the cake for me! Just look at all those beautiful dual pane acrylic windows and all that headroom. Pretty amazing that it is just over 20 feet long too, not a bad setup at all!

    My comfort level with Earthcruiser increases with every walk through. One will be my new home by Spring. Im an old engineer and simple, elegant design impresses me. Lance’s “Why Series” was an eye opener for me.

    It's interesting that when they built this, they make off roading the main focus, so much so that they don't even build overhead cabinets because that would change the center of gravity a LOT.

      It's true! I'm sure you could have some built in but like you said, keep the weight low!

      I don’t think so, a few cereal boxes and some pots and pans aren’t going to counteract the tonnage below the floor level

    How did you realize the toilet (nature head if I am not mistaken) build-in? I want to so something similar but in a drawer to pull it out.

    Fuso u can't beat them, as a true city or off road pop top stealth go anywhere service & prts on cheap they r 1st choice option. Not really any compromises except engine access, & that is minor deal, but No quad cab major deal though.

    Very nice, well thought out rig! No price was mentioned but I'm sure it is quite expensive. Most of your viewers, if not all of them are not going to buy one of these. I do enjoy you showing us them though as I am building a custom box for the back of my truck and I'm always looking for ideas. I bet other viewers can get good ideas from it as well.
    My only complaint is your camera work. Please show us more of the inside without pointing the camera so much at the interviewee or yourself. We all know what you look like and don't need to see your fat head :) filling up most of the screen and blocking the actual interior of the camper!

    I really love the stuff you put on your videos but can you put the camera on what you're looking at and not your head you're like always holding the camera back so you're in the shot and we can't see nothing. Please and thank you

    In case anyone finds the Earthcruiser owner a little "off-putting" (arrogant maybe) when he talks about why things are done and people should know this, I have seen him in a lot of interviews and that was probably 10,000 interviews ago so I mean he knows his EarthCruiser and I could see how saying the same thing over and over might get boring for him. He designed the EarthCruiser to basically go anywhere, all over the world and can create drinking water from almost any water source. He is not a fan of customers wanting TVs and Playstations in their rigs and although the price is high for a lot of us, this is an extreme machine. I also like the Earthroamer but for a realistic and serious living in a van and going anywhere I would definitely have to choose the EarthCruiser.

      The cab they build maybe top notch but the chassis it's placed on is shit. Maybe he should focus on the that aspect and not be a douche bag.

    • @rd4660
      @rd4660 4 роки тому +3

      Adam....opinions are like you know what, everybody has one. How about telling us why you don’t like the chassis instead of simply saying it’s shit? I have two years and 30,000 miles on my Fuso 4x4 and it’s nimble, bullet proof, great on and off road, and for a 14,000# rig it gets 14 MPH. And rEcOiL, EarthRoamers are impressive and very luxurious, but that long wheel base chassis makes them a bear on confined off-road trails and a high-center liability.

    Beautiful, but those FXes =start= at $400k. That may be why so many people buy an older FUSO truck and build their own EXP vehicle to their own specs.

    Come on, you are not selling that camper to that fellow; he already has his! Please concentrate more at the person(s) you imagine are there, because they would like to get information which is not necessarily visible and which you certainly have not provided!

    no slide drawers & never north south drawers, logical, & his design 6 screws & the whole cabinet comes out w/drawers. Fridge between axles so most stable time proven designs.
