Dumbest or Smartest Deer Ever-You Choose

From the back porch of my cabin near the Grand Canyon, this 4 x 3 in velvet walks right into my archery range and starts eating my straw bales I use to stop arrows. Notice how he positions himself where my target lines perfectly up to where his vitals would be if the target was not there. I wonder if he knows my target is protecting him from harm? This big Muley is very lucky the archery season is still about a month away. If he’s back in late August he’ll be the dumbest deer ever!
