This is a Wonderful plan. Im planning to build a house with stilt parking as i have a small plot size. Do you have any other plans with stilt parking/paking+office in ground floor ?

But i have a small doubt i may sound stupid 😅 but i need to ask... how will be the locking systems for this individual house lifts work... wont there be a risk of a stranger accessing the lift from the ground floor and can reach straight into the home in the upper floors... how will it actualy works very curious about it

East or North facing house? The subject states North but the speaker States East? 😮
