A hack would wait until the next note appears and then jump to it. While I do not even know this player, he's not hacking.

Sco refused to change anything because he said that "he liked it". People started to mod again, even a lot of mods from expert mappers like BD, and Sco finally conceded to make some changes and it gets rebubbled with two bubbles (and 16 BAT mods at the moment), and it finally gets ranked. Osu community does not ban without proof of hacks, they will ban brand new accounts for being too good due to chance of smurfing (no one, not even cookiezi, could get 100pp gains their first day type of thing) People in the top 100 hack, even top 50. Adamqs hacked.. etc. They sometimes give a second chance, sometimes not.
Legendre FC's Image Material = "HACKER OMFG SUCH A HACKER BANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNED" rrtyui FC's Image Material = "He's popular, so he's fine. Completely legit." See the problem? BisharoFrost This play doesn't even remotely look legit. Normal people's cursors don't twitch the entire play and always hit near the middle. You can easily tell by the way he plays the sliders on the crazy stream 2/3rds through the map. Also he admitted to cheating on this play, and was confirmed to have cheated others as well by Ephemeral and Peppy.
This is easily explainable if you start and stop at 4:30 you will see that he always has the cursor in the middle of the circles and sliders and that is obviusly timewarp. My brother CandyWind used Timewarp to get banned same way, and he did it on goreshit with DT like that pretty much impossible he was tired of the moderators being douches. So he decided why not show everyone how timewarp works he has even posted videos about it. I know how timewarp works Legerndre used timewarp to tget this score and get banned.
if you can see at the stack parts of the song, he moves his cursor in small jerks, and if you watch freedom dive play by him, you see that he does that there too. not hacks, anyway. his spin speed would be around 410+ and right in the middle of the screen, and relax would've made it a lot faster, as well.

Timewarp lets you set the Song to a desired speed. For example make it 5x slower than it usually is.

No solid proof of this guy hacking. No solid explanations just : "There are many hacks which could have let him do this."
The community refuses to accept new comers easily. When Cherry Takuro beat rrtyui in Can't Defeat Airman after 1 day he was removed. Why? Suspicions of hacking due to low play time.

I do wonder why they have not thought of banning sayo yet (Not that I want to!) I mean, he has the least playcount compared to people like WubWoofWolf, rrtyui, hvick and others.
The point why he is banned are those: "Teleports" WELL I CAN DO THIS DO WITHOUT HACKING. I just need my tablet pen to lift and go to another position and put it on the tablet again.

Things to note:
Relax hack does not speed up spins
Timewarp can be used without double time, from 0%-300% speed and anywhere in between.
Osu community does not ban without proof of hacks, they will ban brand new accounts for being too good due to chance of smurfing (no one, not even cookiezi, could get 100pp gains their first day type of thing)
People in the top 100 hack, even top 50. Adamqs hacked.. etc. They sometimes give a second chance, sometimes not.
Compared to this, im not convinced he was hacking

rrtyui FC's Image Material = "He's popular, so he's fine. Completely legit."
See the problem? I'm not saying rrtyui hacked, but this play seemed completely fine to me however he was banned for this play and rrtyui didnt get banned when he FC'ed Image Material. Popularity can change people's opinion on performances. That is a huge problem in the osu community and any other game in general.

If popularity's the problem, explain why Niko got his account locked for cheating on Atama No Taisou, or Cookiezi banned for timewarp.

BisharoFrost This is how life works lol... If you hack/cheat in a video game or anything really, why should people trust you? Who would know if he used timewarp or not for this replay? Knowing that he's hacked on other beatmaps and seeing that shacky cursor in the beginning, I'd say this isn't even legit.
Rrtyui did not get caught for anything yet so except if there's evidence of him using timewarp on any beatmap, it will stay a "good score".

BisharoFrost This play doesn't even remotely look legit. Normal people's cursors don't twitch the entire play and always hit near the middle. You can easily tell by the way he plays the sliders on the crazy stream 2/3rds through the map.
Also he admitted to cheating on this play, and was confirmed to have cheated others as well by Ephemeral and Peppy.

This is easily explainable if you start and stop at 4:30 you will see that he always has the cursor in the middle of the circles and sliders and that is obviusly timewarp. My brother CandyWind used Timewarp to get banned same way, and he did it on goreshit with DT like that pretty much impossible he was tired of the moderators being douches. So he decided why not show everyone how timewarp works he has even posted videos about it. I know how timewarp works Legerndre used timewarp to tget this score and get banned.

if you can see at the stack parts of the song, he moves his cursor in small jerks, and if you watch freedom dive play by him, you see that he does that there too.

Actually it WAS cheating, but not from him. On his ask he said that someone took his account (possible due to the fact that his password was in a file on his userpage) and used cheats. It happened a bit ago tho, idk if that's the actual truth
