To the young lady that wants to be a fashion designer, cosmologist, and a life guard, when you're sixteen: You can do whatever you want to do. Ignorant people will try to steer you away from your dreams because someone told them they couldnt be what they wanted. I dont care if its your dad or sister, follow your own heart and be happy. If I were you, I would only tell your mom what I wanted, she seems open, loving, and very encouraging. I pray your dad didn't change something in you. My mom laughed at me when I told her what I wanted to be, when I was sixteen and it did change me. I was an adult before I followed my dream and feel very behind people my own age. Stay positive. That was sweet of Amia and Yummy telling MS let Laiya figure out what she wants to be when she gets older. It started to get uncomfortable towards the end of the video. I felt so bad for Laiya and Amia looked like she was ready to dip. I know MS loves ladybug but she's blossoming into a young woman and you can't suffocate her like that for so long.

Wow.. I’m mind blown on how you speak on things you don’t know! It’s different levels of nursing. CNA, RN, LPN, all have different roles. It’s sooo many options in the medical field. I think everyone is misunderstanding what Murder Show is saying. Hes not saying that Nursing is bad. He's saying that "he knows his child". He knows that Laya isn't going to do all of the dirty jobs that come with being a nurse. He isn't discouraging her from being a Nurse. Laya wants to check temps, blood pressure, and do the minor stuff. She sounds like she may want to be a medical assistant. If she likes fashion, she has to find out titles in that industry, and see which title's fit her description and go for it. Yes, being a Nurse is an amazing thing, but it also takes a special kind of person to do it. If you dont like blood, poop, or any other bodily fluids, it's not for you. She clearly said "ewww" at helping people who cant wash or use the bathroom, so murder show was correct, she doesnt want to be a Nurse. Sounds like she wants to be in cosmetology or hair styling. Kids can have a voice without being disrespectful. If I talk to my parent's the way Lay Lay does I wouldn't be writing this comment right now. I understood what MS was saying about nursing but he worded it so wrong 🤣 he pretty much was saying I Know my daughter and she's not going to want to do all of what comes along with nursing like bathing patients, wiping them after using the bathroom, dealing with patients that may be on drugs, homeless people that haven't bathed in forever, etc. Lay with any job people make it look easy, because they've been doing it for a while and there's a lot of behind the scenes stuff that you don't see that people do.
